Lupini Construction Prepared to Work through the Winter at Elmira City Hall

An enclosure has been built around the scaffolding at Elmira City Hall allowing Lupini to continue restoration work through the winter. Winter temperatures typically halt most of our restoration work because of curing requirements for the various repair materials Lupini uses, but an enclosure like this allows the area to be heated and work to continue.
