Lupini Construction Going Green with New Mobile App

Lupini Construction has recently implemented a new daily report app that allows our employees to submit a large selection of our daily reports electronically, directly to the office from their mobile devices. Not only has this allowed us to eliminate some paper waste from our daily operations, it has allowed a more streamlined process for our exchange of information for business operations. In the past, there was sometimes a delay in getting this information on the daily happenings of our job sites to the office. Now the information makes it to the management team within a matter of hours and questions or issues on any of our projects can be addressed and corrected in a more timely fashion. We are excited about the results we have seen from the implementation of our new app and we are embracing the power modern technology can bring to the construction industry.
