Toomey Abbott Tower Facade Restoration Continues

Lupini Construction has made great progress on its ongoing extensive restoration of the Toomey Abbott Tower's facade in Syracuse, NY. This photo of its south elevation shows the stark difference between what was existing (the dark second section from the left) and the restored other sections, after concrete was repaired and the building was coated.
